Description

At Elbit Systems of America, twenty employees were selected for an Employee Spotlight recognition. I managed the project independently from start to finish. I coordinated the photoshoots, capturing the portraits, handling all retouching and editing, and preparing the final prints.

Each portrait was printed at 36×24 inches, mounted in plexiglass casings, and installed along a main hallway to highlight the individuals’ contributions. I also worked directly with each employee to ensure their photo selections were approved before final production.
